I am currently a BFA candidate at the University of Central Florida. My concentration is photography, with a strong interest in painting and art history. I have been working technically in the photographic field since 2000, mainly in photo labs and custom print labs. My passion for classic automobiles, music, and nature are some of my muses for photography.
My recent body of work has been developing for over a year now. They are a product of my interests of the purpose and presence of nature, the abdication of man, and the idiosyncrasies that man and nature can form together. My approach is simple and formal, but not deadpan. The photographs present things we can all see, however they provoke looking to understand the relationship(s).
My other images not in this series are a culmination of my other interests.
Photography is my catharsis.
